In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our fleet operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet all safety and regulatory requirements.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Monitor fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all traffic laws, insurance requirements, and company policies.,Handle vehicle inspections, repairs, and replacements as needed.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to drivers and other staff members as needed.,Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing a fleet of vehicles, including coordinating with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with local traffic laws and regulations is a plus.
