📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of supply intelligence analysts to collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize inventory management and procurement processes.
• Utilize tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Python for data visualization and analysis.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify opportunities and risks in the supply chain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between supply intelligence insights and overall business objectives.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in supply chain intelligence.
• Mentor and develop the skills of team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain intelligence, with a proven track record in leading teams and driving data-driven initiatives.
• Certifications in Supply Chain Intelligence, Data Analysis, or related fields are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Python.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team and stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of industry-specific supply chain challenges and best practices.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle is a plus.
• Ability to travel 30-50% of the time for client meetings and industry conferences.
