📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
