📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
• Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot network equipment, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Conduct regular system backups and recovery procedures to prevent data loss.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and implement new solutions as needed.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless operation of the IT environment.
• Document all IT processes and maintain accurate records of system configurations.
• Participate in on-call duties to address urgent IT issues during non-business hours.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT support and network administration.
• Strong knowledge of VMware, Cisco, and Microsoft Azure.
• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or CompTIA A+ are a plus.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework is a bonus.
