📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits, such as leave management and payroll processing.,Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR team members.,Conduct research and analysis to support HR decision-making processes.,Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a HR-related role.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.,Computer literacy with a good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
