📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pastry department, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient production.,Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menu items to meet customer demands and trends.,Lead and mentor a team of pastry chefs, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth.,Maintain inventory and manage suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of ingredients.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Participate in staff training and development programs.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pastry offerings into the overall dining experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a pastry chef in a professional kitchen environment.,Proven track record of success in leading a pastry team and driving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and food safety regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with modern kitchen equipment and technology.,Degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
