📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in developing and implementing organizational development initiatives to improve employee engagement and performance.
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify talent development opportunities and best practices.
- Assist in the planning and execution of talent growth initiatives, such as training programs and career development workshops.
- Collaborate with the HR team to create and maintain employee development plans.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support the HR team in managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues.
- Contribute to the development of HR metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as BambooHR or Workday, is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Passionate about organizational development and talent management.
