📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all procurement activities, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to meet production requirements.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and performance reviews to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.,Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies to support business growth.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to provide insights for decision-making.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement processes and timely delivery of materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
