Salon Budi Computer is looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for technology. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the store from anywhere in Yogyakarta.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage the store's inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stock control.,Train and supervise store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the store and increase sales.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the technology sector.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using computer software and familiar with e-commerce platforms.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
