📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques and strategies.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Promote and upsell products/services to increase sales revenue.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team goals and objectives.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, telesales, or customer service roles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Willingness to work flexible day and night shifts.
