• Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Provide strategic financial advice to the management.
• Manage the accounting and financial reporting processes.
• Oversee the payroll and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws.
• Lead and mentor the finance team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance role.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, management accounting, and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools.
• Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and laws.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
