Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain the security of the company's IT systems, including implementing and updating security protocols and software.,Oversee the implementation of new IT systems and technologies, ensuring they are integrated seamlessly into the existing infrastructure.,Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery tests to ensure the safety and availability of critical data.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and tools.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to the company's IT infrastructure.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that IT systems and processes support the company's overall goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in IT infrastructure management and technical support.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Proven experience in managing and maintaining IT security protocols and software.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.,Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
