📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the cost management and quantity surveying aspects of construction projects.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates, schedules, and reports.,Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.,Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring they meet project requirements and deadlines.,Prepare and submit tender documents, including bills of quantities and schedules.,Provide technical advice and support to project teams on cost-related matters.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying and cost management in the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and standards.,Proficiency in using construction software, such as Primavera, MS Project, and AutoCAD.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the construction industry in Bali is a plus.
