In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing high-end equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, maintain, and repair high-end equipment and systems in luxury resorts, hotels, and leisure facilities.,Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement upgrades and improvements to existing systems.,Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests and staff with technical inquiries and support.,Adhere to strict safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a secure working environment.,Document all maintenance activities and equipment performance for record-keeping and reporting purposes.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Service Technician in the luxury leisure industry or a related field.,Strong technical skills and knowledge of high-end equipment and systems used in luxury resorts and hotels.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to quickly and effectively resolve technical issues.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests, staff, and management.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to various job sites.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus but not mandatory.,Completion of relevant technical training or certification programs is preferred.
