Urban Easy Lestari is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial reports to support business decisions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.,Monitor bank accounts and reconcile bank statements with financial records.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Provide financial data and analysis to support business decision-making.,Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.,Good understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
