📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head nurse in patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing basic nursing procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.,Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow, including assisting with patient transfers, equipment setup, and cleaning.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures.,Promote a positive and supportive work environment for both patients and colleagues.,Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations, including infection control and patient safety.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of meals and fluids to patients as needed.,Support the head nurse in coordinating with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Nurse or similar healthcare role.,Familiarity with basic nursing procedures and patient care techniques.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from the head nurse and other healthcare professionals.,Good organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Valid nursing license and certification, if required by law.
