📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of operational activities.,Support the Operations Manager in managing and monitoring daily operations.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.,Maintain accurate records of operational activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and protocols.,Monitor and report on operational performance metrics.,Provide support in the development and implementation of training programs for operational staff.,Assist in the resolution of operational issues and challenges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the operations field.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
