📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow our social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn,Create and schedule engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copy,Monitor and respond to comments and messages on our social media accounts,Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports to the marketing team,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices,Assist in the development of social media strategy and goals,Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field,2-3 years of experience in social media management or a related field,Proven experience in creating and scheduling engaging social media content,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar,Basic graphic design skills are a plus
