📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Coordinate with management on employee performance and development.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or related roles.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and communication skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,English language skills are a plus.
