In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth operations in our store. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Handle cash and credit card transactions securely,Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment,Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Basic knowledge of computer systems and software,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with retail or customer service industry is a plus,Good time management and organizational skills,Ability to work both in the office and remotely
