📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote Toko Gita Cafe & Coffee products and services through various marketing channels.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both online and offline.,Organize and participate in events, promotions, and campaigns to increase brand awareness.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies.,Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide feedback to the sales team.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to the company's code of conduct.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the F&B industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficient in using social media and digital marketing tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market trends and consumer behavior is a plus.
