Sehati Gita Computer is seeking a Lead Technical Writer to join our team in Tasikmalaya, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and a passion for helping others understand complex technical concepts.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation,Create user guides, API documentation, and other technical materials,Conduct user research and testing to improve the usability of technical documentation,Mentor and train junior technical writers,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Participate in product development meetings to provide input on documentation needs,Review and edit technical documentation for clarity, accuracy, and consistency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field,5+ years of experience as a technical writer,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail,Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools, such as Jira or Trello
