📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance, and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and timely.,Train and develop the restaurant's staff, and ensure that they are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles.,Monitor and evaluate the restaurant's performance, and make recommendations for improvement.,Ensure that the restaurant's reputation is maintained and that customer feedback is addressed in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience with inventory management and budgeting.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Experience with marketing and promotional strategies.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and other restaurant management software.
