📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including high-net-worth individuals, corporate travelers, and tour operators.,Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales activities and promotions.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.,Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.,Prepare and present regular sales reports to management and stakeholders.,Assist in the planning and execution of sales events, trade shows, and marketing campaigns.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to sales and marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or luxury goods industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive and collaborative workplace.
