Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers,Ensure all financial transactions are processed correctly and promptly,Maintain accurate records of all cash transactions,Assist in the preparation of financial reports,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies,Train and mentor junior staff members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years experience in a cashier or customer service role,Strong knowledge of financial transactions and accounting principles,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail,Familiarity with cash handling procedures and security protocols,Ability to use computer software for financial transactions,High school diploma or equivalent
