📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, architects, and contractors.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Implement health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Represent the company at site visits and meetings with clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
• Knowledge of local laws, regulations, and building codes.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
