Home Pearl Dinamis is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for continuous learning and development, and a commitment to helping our team achieve their full potential.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and the needs of the employees.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and other stakeholders to ensure training programs are relevant and impactful.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees to help them develop their skills and knowledge.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Monitor and report on the progress of training initiatives and their impact on employee performance.,Work with the HR team to ensure training programs are integrated into the overall employee development strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design, and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with training management systems and tools.,Ability to create and deliver engaging and effective training materials.
