📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily truck dispatch and fleet management to ensure optimal route planning and timely deliveries.
Monitor and improve delivery timelines using data analytics tools like Tableau and Power BI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and streamline processes.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance standards for all fleet operations.
Conduct regular performance reviews of drivers and logistics staff to ensure high standards.
Utilize JD Edwards and SAP to manage inventory and track logistics performance.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in middle-mile logistics.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in a middle-mile logistics role.
Proven track record of optimizing logistics operations and improving efficiency.
Strong knowledge of logistics software, including JD Edwards and SAP.
Proficiency in data analysis tools like Tableau and Power BI.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
