📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the design and implementation of energy-efficient systems, including HVAC, lighting, and renewable energy solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize energy-efficient building designs.
• Utilize energy modeling software to analyze and improve energy performance of buildings.
• Conduct energy audits and provide recommendations for energy savings and efficiency improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in energy efficiency and sustainability.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and engineers in the team.
• Ensure all projects comply with local and international energy efficiency standards and regulations.
• Present project findings and recommendations to stakeholders and clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in energy-efficient design and implementation.
• Proficiency in energy modeling software such as EnergyPlus, IES VE, or DOE-2.
• Certification in LEED or other relevant energy efficiency certifications is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, lighting design, and renewable energy technologies.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with building information modeling (BIM) software such as Revit or AutoCAD.
