• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with department heads to understand their business needs and provide tailored HR solutions.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
• Provide HR consulting and advice to managers and employees on a variety of HR-related issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a Business Partner or similar role.
• Proven track record of success in driving organizational success through strategic people management.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and a deep knowledge of HRIS (like SuccessFactors or Workday).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with all levels of the organization.
