In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and calibration of our bakery equipment. You will work closely with our production team to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and ensure that our equipment meets the highest standards of performance. You will also be involved in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, as well as the training of our staff on the proper use and maintenance of our machinery.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Maintain and repair bakery equipment, including ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibrations to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
- Install and commission new bakery equipment.
- Train staff on the proper use and maintenance of bakery machinery.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize equipment performance.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bakery equipment maintenance and repair.
- Proven experience with a wide range of bakery equipment, including ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters.
- Certification in bakery equipment maintenance and repair is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in the bakery industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
