📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance the company's cybersecurity posture and protect against evolving cyber threats.
• Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity experts, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in IT Cyber Security.
• Collaborate with senior management to align cybersecurity initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Investigate and respond to cyber incidents, implementing measures to prevent future occurrences.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in cybersecurity, integrating them into the company's strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a CEO or equivalent role in IT Cyber Security, with a minimum of 10 years in the industry.
• Strong leadership and strategic vision with a proven track record of success in cybersecurity.
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
