📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of critical infrastructure, including roads, bridges, and utilities.
• Manage a team of maintenance professionals, ensuring they are trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and community groups, to address infrastructure needs.
• Implement and monitor maintenance strategies using SAP PM, AutoCAD, and GIS software.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain budgets for maintenance activities.
• Conduct regular assessments of infrastructure condition and recommend improvements.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in infrastructure maintenance and management.
• Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership.
• Certifications in SAP PM, AutoCAD, or GIS software are a plus.
• Strong understanding of local regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
