📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inspections of MEP systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems in our urban developments.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and recommend corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure the safety and sustainability of MEP systems in our projects.
• Collaborate with the project team to address any issues or challenges that may arise during the implementation phase.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in MEP systems.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP inspection and project management.
• Certification in MEP systems (e.g., BIM, LEED, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to MEP systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the project team.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant software tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
