📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate BIM processes across all project phases, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate BIM data into project workflows.
• Develop and maintain BIM standards and guidelines for the organization.
• Train and mentor team members on BIM tools and best practices.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve design conflicts.
• Generate and manage BIM deliverables, including 3D models, quantity take-offs, and construction schedules.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM coordination or similar roles.
• Proficiency in BIM software, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Tekla.
• Certification in BIM (e.g., BIM Manager, BIM Coordinator) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
