📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and bank transfers.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to streamline operations.
Optimize HR systems and software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar, to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with benefit regulations.
Lead and mentor HR staff to ensure high performance and professional development.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and payroll management.
Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
Proficient in using HR software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
